Topic: Power of God 主題：神的力量
今天一開場, Jared + Jordan 倆兄弟就帶領大家, 先唱上 "Trust and Obey" 以及 "Jesus is calling" 兩首讚美歌, 對慣於唱和聲的他倆, 再加上 Sarah 和 Amanda 黃鶯出谷般的輔助, 真是好聽極了. 想聽嗎? 記得教會每星期日早上的做禮拜, 來就有耳福囉!
詩篇 Psalms 18:1-3
1 〔耶和華的僕人大衛的詩、交與伶長．當耶和華救他脫離一切仇敵和掃羅之手的日子、他向耶和華念這詩的話．說、〕耶和華我的力量阿、我愛你。
For the director of music. Of David the servant of the LORD. He sang to the LORD the words of this song when the LORD delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. He said: I love you, O LORD, my strength.
2 耶和華是我的巖石、我的山寨、我的救主、我的 神、我的磐石、我所投靠的．他是我的盾牌、是拯救我的角、是我的高臺。
The LORD is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
3 我要求告當讚美的耶和華．這樣我必從仇敵手中被救出來。
I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies.
"神蹟, 天天都在上演" - 每當我看著日月星辰, 依時依序, 日夜一幕幕的轉換時, 我才知造物主的偉大, 他不僅僅只是創造出這世間的萬物, 還安排妥當有序的自然運作, 能不訝異於他的巧奪天工? 所以這不也是 上帝賜給我們的神蹟, 天天在上演嗎?
以賽亞書 Isaiah 40:28-31
28 你豈不曾知道麼、你豈不曾聽見麼、永在的 神耶和華、創造地極的主、並不疲乏、也不困倦．他的智慧無法測度。
Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom.
29 疲乏的、他賜能力．軟弱的、他加力量．
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
30 就是少年人也要疲乏困倦、強壯的也必全然跌倒．
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
31 但那等候耶和華的、必從新得力、他們必如鷹展翅上騰、他們奔跑卻不困倦、行走卻不疲乏。
but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.
全能的 神, 擁有無窮盡的力量, 但是沒有人能夠看透他到底有多偉大, 我只知道, 常常在我身心疲憊不堪, 有所求他時, 他總給予我適時的能量, 好讓我渡過生活上或工作上的瓶頸. 所以, 人要懂得謙卑和時常禱告, 因人力有限, 總有耗盡虛脫時, 此時就需要祈告 神, 使我們可以從他那裡得到適當的能量. 不要學那自大的人, 總認為憑一己之力可勝天, 殊不知, 力量泉源來自 神的賜予, 離了神, 我們什麼都不是!
摩賽亞書 Mosiah 2:20-21
２０ 即使這樣，我還希望你們要記住，一直牢牢的記住， 神的偉大，你們自己的微不足道，他對你們這些不配之人的仁慈和長期容忍，
Even so I would that ye should remember, and always retain in remembrance, the greatness of God, and your own nothingness, and his goodness and long suffering towards you unworthy creatures,
２１ 並要深深地謙抑你們自己，天天呼求上主的名，對天使口中所講的將要到來的事，堅守住你們的信心。
And humble yourselves even in the depths of humility, calling on the name of the Lord daily, and standing steadfastly in the faith of that which is to come, which was spoken by the mouth of the angel;
舊約士師記 Judges 13章 - 16章, 有記載大力士名為曾孫 Samson 的人, 因貪戀女色大利拉 Delilah, 不奉行 神所交代的事, 又把自家 神所賜予力量的秘密, 洩露給敵人, 最終落得自取滅亡. 所以我們不要學曾孫的自大, 更不能學他背離 神的誡律, 以免有失神賜予的天份, 最後更以生命贖罪為價.
阿爾瑪書 Alma 14:91-92
91 但艾蒙對他說,我並不因我自己的力量而自誇, 也不因我自己的聰明而自誇; 但是看啊, 我的快樂是十足, 我的心是充滿了快樂, 我要在我的 神裡面而快樂.
But Ammon said unto him, I do not boast in my own strength, or in my own wisdom; but behold, my joy is full, yea, my heart is brim with joy, and I will rejoice in my God;
92 我知道我算不得什麼, 就我的力量來說, 我是軟弱的, 所以我並不為我自己而自誇, 但我要為我的 神而自誇, 因為在他的力量中, 我能做任何的事情;看啊！我們已在這塊地上行了許多大奇蹟, 為此我們要永遠讚美他的名.
Yea, I know that I am nothing; as to my strength, I am weak; therefore I will not boast of myself, but I will boast of my God; for in his strength I can do all things; yea, behold, many mighty miracles we have wrought in this land, for which we will praise his name for ever.
世事如局棋, 而我們也都算是 神手中的棋子, 他為我們安排好一切的棋步, 並給予各人不同的天份, 我們只要遵循他的意願, 按部就班的去完成他給予我們的任務, 自然就有來自 神的獎賞 - 平安和喜悅, 以及希望和最偉大的愛 - 灌滿身心靈.
尼腓二書 II Nephi 13:24-31
２４ 因為那扇你們應當進入的門就是悔改和水的洗禮；然後藉著火和聖靈，你們的罪纔得以赦免。
For the gate by which ye should enter is repentance and baptism by water: and then cometh a remission of your sins by fire, and by the Holy Ghost.
２５ 然後你們就走上這條通往永生的窄而直的道路；你們已從那扇門走了進去；你們已遵照父與子的誡命做了；
And then are ye in this strait and narrow path which leads to eternal life; yea, ye have
entered in by the gate; ye have done according to the commandments of the Father and the Son;
２６ 你們已接受了那為父與子作證的聖靈，來實現他所作的應許，就是如果你們從那條路進去，你們就必得到。
And ye have received the Holy Ghost, which witnesses of the Father and the Son, unto the fulfilling of the promise which he hath made, that if ye enter in by the way, ye should receive.
２７ 我心愛的弟兄們，在你們已走進這條窄而直的道路後，我要問是否一切都已做完了？
And now, my beloved brethren, after ye have gotten into this strait and narrow path, I would ask, if all is done?
２８ 我告訴你們，沒有；因為你們還沒有走得那麼遠，除非你們藉著基督的話語，和對他的不可動搖的信心，完全依靠著那位有極大拯救力量者的功勞。
Behold, I say unto you, Nay; for ye have not come thus far, save it were by the word of
Christ, with unshaken faith in him, relying wholly upon the merits of him who is mighty to save;
２９ 因此，你們必須用對上主的堅定信心向前進，懷著一種十分光明的希望，以及對 神和對所人的愛心。
Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men.
３０ 因此，如果你們向前推進，以上主的話為樂事，並持守到底，父這樣說：你們必得到永生。
Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life.
３１ 我心愛的弟兄們，這就是那條道路；天底下決沒有任何別的道路和別的名字曾賜給過，使世人得藉以在 神國中得救。
And now behold, my beloved brethren, this is the way; and there is none other way nor name given under heaven, whereby man can be saved in the kingdom of God.
我剛剛也是才從某佈道場所趕過來的, 經由 神子 - 耶穌基督的牽引, 神希望我們能再回到他的身邊, 所以我們應該要即時悔悟過去的種種, 面對耶穌基督的邀約, 重新建立起信心, 進而信靠 神, 以回到他身邊為最終極目標!
今年聖誕節我祖母送我一本小冊子, 裡頭註記的就是耶穌基督敲門的典故, 那不只是敲你們的家門, 那引申的意義是直敲你們的心門. 今天在場的諸位, 有幸聆聽福音, 就是廣意的神職人員, 希望我們能夠傳揚福音, 藉機打開更多人的心門.
如果, 能即時的悔悟, 接受耶穌基督敲開我們的心門, 再以洗禮來堅定意志, 並跟過去say byebye, 那你們就有福了, 因還能接受聖靈的澆灌, 以聖靈為心靈的導師, 一步一步的走向那窄而直 - 迎向永生境界 - 神的王國 - 光明的步道.
