Articles of Faith 3/12 信任的12條文之三

過了一個農曆年, 開春又碰上網路當機, 教會整整有一個多月沒開課, 雖然依舊是又濕又冷的天, 還是希望大家能出席, 我們星期日讀經做禮拜的課.

今天繼續來闡釋 “信任的12條文” 第三周的課題, 本周因時間關係, 我們先談的是: 信心 Faith 這部份, 其餘留待下周再繼續.

3.      We believe that the first principles and ordinances of the Gospel are: first, Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ; second, Repentance; third, Baptism by immersion for the remission of sins; fourth, Laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost.

我們信福音的首要原則和教儀為：第一，對主耶穌基督的信心;第二，悔改;第三，為罪的赦免的浸沒洗禮;第四，獲得聖靈恩賜的按手禮。

何謂 “ 信心 ” ?

希伯來書11章1節  Hebrew 11:1

1 信就是所望之事的實底、是未見之事的確據。

Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.

阿爾曼書 16章143節 Alma 16:143

我剛才說到信心, 信心並非要有對事情的完全的知識; 所以如果你們有信心, 你們就對那些沒有看到, 但確是真實的事抱有希望.

雅各 1章 5-6節 James 1:5-6

5 你們中間若有缺少智慧的、應當求那厚賜與眾人、也不斥責人的　神、主就必賜給他。

If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. 

6 只要憑著信心求、一點不疑惑．因為那疑惑的人、就像海中的波浪、被風吹動翻騰。

But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind.
