今天, 我們頌唱了兩首詩歌, 內容都是讚揚 神的博愛, 和勸戒眾人分享他的愛, 那麼該如何做才是把愛分享出去呢? 簡單來說, 去愛鄰如己, 及至相親相愛就對了. (這種愛, 猶如 神對我們的那一種疼惜和愛護.) 正如創世紀裡這一章節的文意, 恰好給它做了最佳的解說.
創世記 Genesis 7:40
早在伊甸園, 我賜給人們生命(呼吸氣息)的身體和兩誡律, 就是要他們互相友愛, 並認我為他們的天父.
And in the garden of Eden gave I unto man his agency; and unto thy brethren have I said, and also gave commandment, that they should love one another; and that they should choose me their Father.
馬太福音 Matthew 22:37-39
37 耶穌對他說、你要盡心、盡性、盡意、愛主你的 神。
Jesus replied: "'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'
38 這是誡命中的第一、且是最大的。
This is the first and greatest commandment.
39 其次也相倣、就是要愛人如己。
And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'
每個教會創建的宗旨或有不同之處, 但絕不偏離以 '愛' 為次要的主旨. 所以, 可見愛鄰如己的重要性. 但是, 社會的演變, 早已不是當初那個資訊不發達, 難以出遠門卻又心繫對方的年代, 相對於電子產品的流通迅速, 資訊無遠弗屆的現今, 人們的疏離感卻是倍增; 於是, 或許你會問: 我想做到愛鄰如己, 但是對方不理我, 甚至賞給我白眼, 我該怎麼辦? 我告訴你們, 一直以來, 雖然我們所作所為並不盡如 神的意, 他卻都沒有嫌棄過我們, 一樣的眷顧愛護我們; 瞧! 這不正是我們要向我們的主耶穌基督學習的精神嗎?
摩羅乃書 Moroni 7:50-52
５０ 如果一個人溫順而虛心，並藉著聖靈的力量承認耶穌是基督，他就必須要有博愛；因為如果他沒有博愛，他就算不得甚麼；所以他必須要有博愛。
And if a man be meek and lowly in heart, and confesses by the power of the Holy Ghost, that Jesus is the Christ, he must needs have charity; for if he have not charity, he is nothing; wherefore he must needs have charity.
５１ 愛是忍耐持久，是仁慈，不忌妒，不自誇，不易被激怒，不動惡念，不在罪惡中快樂，卻在真理中快樂，凡事擔當，凡事相信，凡事希望，凡事忍酎。因此，我所愛的弟兄們，如果你們沒有博愛，你們就算不得甚麼，因為博愛是從不失敗的。

５２ 因此，你們要牢守著博愛，那是一切事物中最偉大的，因為一切事物都必失敗；但博愛是基督純正的愛，這種愛持守到永遠；凡在末日被斷定具有博愛的，他的景況一定很好。
Wherefore, cleave unto charity, which is the greatest of all, for all things must fail; but charity is the pure love of Christ, and it endureth for ever; and whoso is found possessed of it at the last day, it shall be well with them.
所以, 博愛-是耶穌基督對人們無悔.純淨的愛, 是送給世人相當重要的禮物. 一如上面章節的闡釋, 就如同父母對子女的愛, 那樣的無私與付出; 但是現代父母所給予子女的愛, 往往太 over, 形成一種溺愛, 那就非 神所樂見的, 因為 神出於愛世人的心, 也常常給予世人種種的試練或挫折, 並非一昧的給予甚至予取予求, 毫無節制的付出, 而這才是 神的博愛的真諦.
摩羅乃書 Moroni 7:53
因此，我所愛的弟兄們，你們要用全部的心力向父禱告，使你們得以充滿他賜給所有那些他兒子耶穌基督的真正信徒們的這一種愛；使你們得以成為 神的兒子；當他顯現的時候，使我們像他一樣（ 因為我們必見到他的真體）我們可以懷有這種希望；也使我們得以被潔淨，像他一樣純潔。阿們。
Wherefore, my beloved brethren, pray unto the Father with all the energy of heart, that ye may be filled with this love which he hath bestowed upon all who are true followers of his Son Jesus Christ, that ye may become the sons of God, that when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is, that we may have this hope, that we may be purified even as he is pure. Amen.
同樣的道理, 用在我們自己身上, 也是需要注意的, 如果凡事都想著自己, 不以 神為至上至要的焦點, 那麼也是誤解了神的愛. 所以, 要時時提醒我們要愛誰?(愛鄰如己) 以及為什麼要這麼做?(分享 神的愛).講到這, 讓我想起穆爾曼經書裡, 摩賽亞王的四個兒子與小阿爾瑪(其父阿爾瑪曾挺身而出, 為阿賓納代仗義執言得罪當時的諾亞王, 不得不遠離家鄉, 以躲避諾亞王士兵的追殺, 也伺機而動四處宣揚福音) 曾是不遵守 神誡律的人, 並在一次 神差遣天使現身的訓誡中儆醒; 自此也加入宣揚福音的行列.
摩羅乃書 Moroni 10:29
是的，你們要歸向基督，奉靠他而成為完善，並摒棄一切不潔和邪惡；如果你們摒棄一切不潔和邪惡而全心全意全力的愛 神，那末他對你們的恩典是充份的，藉著他的恩典你們得以在基督中成為完善；如果你們藉著 神的恩典而在基督中成為完善，你們就決不會否認 神的權力了。
Yea, come unto Christ, and be perfected in him, and deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and if ye shall deny yourselves of all ungodliness, and love God with all your might, mind and strength, then is his grace sufficient for you, that by his grace ye may be perfect in Christ; and if by the grace of God ye are perfect in Christ, ye can in no wise deny the power of God.
曾經不守誡律的小阿爾瑪等人, 神給他們懺悔改過自新的機會, 最後還讓他們成為 神的代言人 - 福音使者.這就是 神愛世人的又一例證.今天, 我們聚集在一起, 除了學習 耶穌基督的精神並闡揚 神的愛與世人皆知以外,最重要的使命顯然等著我們去實踐,希望大家都能學習阿爾瑪的精神(挺身而出,仗義執言) 更要有如小阿爾瑪等人徹頭徹尾的醒悟 - 悔改, 最後也加入宣揚福音的行列. 這是我所期待與祈求的.

P.S 上堂課中, 我們與長老 Dan 有商討關於 Sarah 與 Amanda 倆姐妹來台的時間點, 經 Paul 的建議, 暫定於七月成行, 一來暑假期間, 本地氣候適宜諸多戶外活動(她們想看看眾人曾受洗的地點),再則可望吸引學生, 在暑期參與我們的活動(或可辦理 Summer Retreat 夏令營活動). 期望大家有空來教會, 下課後討論以集思廣益, 再做定論.
