主題 : 洗禮前的準備 3Topic : Pre-Baptismal 3
還沒開始上課, 長老 Duff鏡頭前看到圍在桌邊的一群人, 童心頓起 ~ 嗨! 我是”豆腐”(我記得他的中文名字是”多道福”啊, 怎麼這會兒變成豆腐了?) 你們先自我介紹一下吧! 這幾位同學他們是: Jackie, Will, Yoyo(上星期已來過), 和本周新來的 Coco, Irene, Sophia(另一位來不及問就先離開了).
由於 Belinda 要受洗的信息, 顯然在美國教會各分會間已傳開, 所以長老 Duff 首先恭喜她, 即將成為神的子女, 並詢問在何處施洗禮? Belinda 說是在和平島(Peace Island / Ho-ping island). “Love is Peace” 你們知道愛就是和平嗎? 隨著話鋒一轉, 開始上課啦!
你們手上都有一份上課大綱吧? 先來看看封面的圖代表什麼? “教堂 Church” 答對了! 耶穌帶領我們走進教堂, 不單單只是要我們認識教會而已; 除了能與大家建立起友誼的關係以外, 耶穌的目的是希望大家都能成為教會的一份子, 即成為基督徒.
如何因緣際會而成為教會的一份子呢? 你們看黑板左邊的標語(是好幾年前他佈置的, 難為他都還記得) 由底下往上面的順序, 依序是 Faith信心 – Repentance 悔改 – Baptism 受洗, 這就是前面幾堂課所說的重點, 也是與耶穌基督建立友誼關係的第一步
今天要談的是 Holy Spirit 或稱 Holy Ghost 聖靈(我們兩者都用, 由於你們把 Ghost 都當鬼來解釋, 為避免誤會, 你們還是用 Holy Spirit), 受洗時洗去一身罪衍, 譬如過去種種昨日死, 自水裡上來的剎那, 猶如今日之新生.
既是新生, 當需要他人的輔佐和牽引, 此時的認證禮, 就是接受聖靈的澆灌, 使身心靈獲得完全的保護, 並依循聖靈的指引, 趨吉避凶. “Laying on of hands” 正是這澆灌聖靈儀式的名稱, 又稱堅信禮.
尼腓二書 2 Nephi 13:13-15
１３ 因此，我心愛的弟兄們，除非我們樂於遵守父的誡命，我們能跟從耶穌嗎？
Wherefore, my beloved brethren, can we follow Jesus, save we shall be willing to keep the commandments of the Father?
１４ 父也說過：你們改、你們要悔改，並奉我愛子的名受洗。
And the Father said, Repent ye, repent ye, and be baptized in the name of my beloved Son.
１５ 並且，子的聲音曾臨到我說：凡奉我的名受洗的，父必賜聖靈給他，像賜給我一樣；因此，要跟從我，並做你們曾看到我所做的事情。
And also, the voice of the Son came unto me, saying, He that is baptized in my name, to him will the Father give the Holy Ghost, like unto me; wherefore, follow me, and do the things which ye have seen me do.
我們常聽人說禱告, 究竟禱告是要祈求些什麼呢? 我在這裡告訴各位, 我們不能求發財, 我們當求事業工作平順(自然有錢賺- 不是嗎?).
“Sometimes God will give you exactly what you wanted, just to show you it’s not at all what you needed.” 禱告祈求你所需, 不是求你想要的.
約翰福音 John 3:5
耶穌說、我實實在在的告訴你、人若不是從水和聖靈生的、就不能進 神的國。
Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.
我們談到洗禮, 首先就是浸水禮(全身), 再來是接受聖靈的堅信禮, 除此之外, 我們當遵守兩大誡律, 其一：敬愛上帝 Love God其二：Love each other 愛鄰如己(這鄰比喻為所有你所認識或沒見過的, 就是全部的人). 這些話語, 早在兩千多年前, 耶穌基督在世間佈道傳福音時, 已經告訴過我們了, 如果我們無法做到如他一般的愛世人, 那麼悔改 Repent (改變)或許是我們眼下最須要做的事了. 因為缺少愛的人, 怎麼能夠進 神的王國呢?
路加福音 Luke 3:16
約翰說、我是用水給你們施洗、但有一位能力比我更大的要來、我就是給他解鞋帶也不配．他要用聖靈與火給你們施洗。
John answered them all, "I baptize you with water. But one more powerful than I will come, the thongs of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire.
在我們這裡, 每一個孩子當他們滿八歲後, 就有資格接受洗禮, 而孩子們從小在教會成長, 也都準備好了, 總是欣喜若狂的接受這樣的安排.
使徒行傳 Acts 8:14-17
14 使徒在耶路撒冷、聽見撒瑪利亞人領受了 神的道、就打發彼得約翰往他們那裡去。
When the apostles in Jerusalem heard that Samaria had accepted the word of God, they sent Peter and John to them.
15 兩個人到了、就為他們禱告、要叫他們受聖靈．
When they arrived, they prayed for them that they might receive the Holy Spirit,
16 因為聖靈還沒有降在他們一個人身上．他們只奉主耶穌的名受了洗。
because the Holy Spirit had not yet come upon any of them; they had simply been baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus.
17 於是使徒按手在他們頭上、他們就受了聖靈。
Then Peter and John placed their hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit.
能夠接受到聖靈, 是我們一輩子的福氣, 意謂著我們是被神所撿選的人, 將來是有機會進入錫安世界 ZION 神的王國, 甚至與天父、聖子、聖靈一起生活在樂園的天堂裡.
馬太福音 Matthew 28:18-19
18 耶穌進前來、對他們說、天上地下所有的權柄、都賜給我了。
Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
19 所以你們要去、使萬民作我的門徒、奉父子聖靈的名、給他們施洗．〔或作給他們施洗歸於父子聖靈的名〕
Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
而這一切, 都需要聖靈的引導, 所以說能夠接受到聖靈, 是我們一輩子的福氣, 經由聖靈在我們身心靈底的運作, 我們可以有雖然平淡, 卻是平安喜悅的生活. 夫復何求?
約翰福音 John 16:13-14
13 只等真理的聖靈來了、他要引導你們明白〔原文作進入〕一切的真理．因為他不是憑自己說的、乃是把他所聽見的都說出來．並要把將來的事告訴你們。
But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.
14 他要榮耀我．因為他要將受於我的、告訴你們。
He will bring glory to me by taking from what is mine and making it known to you.
果如遵從聖靈的指引, 就能探詢、觸碰到真理, 給予正確的人生觀, 不僅能趨吉避凶, 還能豐富你的生活, 使衣食無缺, 諸事圓滿融合. 好了, 時間差不多了, 希望下星期日還能再見到各位. Bye-bye!
