今天是農曆新年後的第一個主日學,說好要出席“受洗禮的講學”,以及“英文班”通通都沒有學員出席,看起來大家依然沉浸在濃濃的年節氣氛中...;已然備課的講師 Kelvin弟兄和Paul弟兄,在美、台兩岸連線中,只好自行對談了.
法蘭克長老說:好了!不要再等下去,我們開課吧!今天就來談談天使的福音Angel’s Gospel;話說天使也屬使徒之列,天使或使徒並沒大小之別,純以位置區分權責,而自古以來就有天使存在,四處傳揚福音.
神,一直以來都是世人寄予希望的,而天使就是祂的代言者之一.在復原的古版本中以賽亞書 Isaiah 有一段這樣的記載,你們讀希伯來書 13:8 意思是一樣的.
希伯來書 Hebrews 13:8
13:8 耶穌基督，昨日、今日、直到永遠，是一樣的。
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, yes, even forever.
神的存在,我們應該相信祂的存在,而不是只看到奇蹟的表現,且自古以來, 神對世人的諭示,往往是天使代言,世人並不明白,也不予重視,更別說心靈上的認知,如今皆成聖經的一部份.
路加福音 Luke 1:11-19
1:11 有主的使者站在香壇的右邊，向他顯現。
And an angel of the Lord appeared to him, standing at the right side of the altar of incense.
1:12 撒迦利亞看見，就驚慌害怕。
And Zachariah was troubled when he saw him, and fear fell upon him.
1:13 天使對他說，撒迦利亞，不要害怕，因為你的祈求已蒙垂聽，你的妻子以利沙伯要給你生一個兒子，你要給他起名叫約翰。
But the angel said to him, Do not be afraid, Zachariah, because your petition has been heard, and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John.
1:14 你必喜樂歡騰，有許多人因他出生，也必歡樂。
And you will have joy and exultation, and many will rejoice at his birth.
1:15 他在主面前將要為大，淡酒、濃酒都不喝，從母腹裡就被聖靈充溢了。
For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and he shall by no means drink wine and liquor. And he will be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb,
1:16 他要使許多以色列子孫轉向主他們的神。
And many of the sons of Israel he will turn to the Lord their God.
1:17 他必憑以利亞的靈和能力，行在主的面前，叫父親的心轉向兒女，並叫悖逆的人轉向義人的精明，為主預備合用的百姓。
And it is he who will go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the prudence of the righteous, to prepare for the Lord a people made ready.
1:18 撒迦利亞對天使說，我憑什麼可以知道這事？我已經老了，我的妻子也上了年紀。
And Zachariah said to the angel, By what shall I know this? For I am an old man and my wife is advanced in years.
1:19 天使回答說，我是站在神面前的加百列，奉差遣對你說話，將這些事的好信息報給你。
And the angel answered and said to him, I am Gabriel, who stands before God, and I was sent to speak to you and to announce the good news of these things to you.
這章節明白說出,天使的角色,就是 神的代言者.
路加福音 Luke 2:8-14
2:8 在同一地區，有牧人露宿在野地裡，夜間守更看顧羊群。
And there were shepherds in the same region, spending their nights in the fields and keeping watch over their flock by night.
2:9 有主的使者站在他們旁邊，主的榮耀四面照著他們，牧人就大大懼怕。
And an angel of the Lord stood by them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them; and they feared greatly.
2:10 那天使對他們說，不要懼怕，看哪，我報給你們大喜的好信息，是關乎萬民的。
And the angel said to them, Do not be afraid; for behold, I announce to you good news of great joy, which will be for all the people,
2:11 因今天在大衛的城裡，為你們生了救主，就是主基督。
Because today a Savior has been born to you in David's city, who is Christ the Lord.
2:12 你們要看見一個嬰孩，包著布，臥在馬槽裡，那就是給你們的記號了。
And this will be the sign to you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling clothes and lying in a manger.
2:13 忽然有一大隊天兵，同那天使讚美神說，
And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly army, praising God and saying,
2:14 在至高之處榮耀歸與神，在地上平安臨及祂所喜悅的人。
Glory in the highest places to God, and on earth peace among men of His good pleasure.
天使代言的代表作,天使除了預言耶穌基督,死後三天的復活,也有兩名天使一直陪伴在基督的身體旁,保護祂.
路加福音 Luke 24:1-8
24:1 七日的頭一日，黎明的時候，那些婦女帶著所預備的香料，來到墳墓前，
Now on the first day of the week, at early dawn, they came to the tomb, bringing the spices which they had prepared.
24:2 看見石頭已經從墳墓輥開了，
And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb;
24:3 她們就進去，只是不見主耶穌的身體。
But when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.
24:4 正為這事猜疑的時候，看哪，有兩個人站在她們旁邊，穿著閃爍的衣服。
And while they stood perplexed about this, behold, two men stood by them in dazzling clothing.
24:5 婦女們驚怕，將臉伏地；那兩個人就對她們說，為什麼在死人中找活人？
And they became frightened and bowed their faces to the ground, and the men said to them, Why are you seeking the living One among the dead?
24:6 祂不在這裡，已經復活了。當記得祂還在加利利的時候，怎樣對你們講過，說，
He is not here but has been raised. Remember how He spoke to you while He was still in Galilee,
24:7 人子必須被交在罪人手裡，被釘十字架，第三日復活。
Saying that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified and on the third day rise up.
24:8 她們就想起耶穌的話來，
And they remembered His words.
實際上靈體早就昇天回歸天父身邊了,只是後來為取信於世人,才再以形體,展示在世人眼前.
使徒行傳 Acts 8:26-31
8:26 有主的一位使者對腓利說，起來，向南走，往那從耶路撒冷下迦薩的路上去，那路是曠野。
But an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, Rise up and go south on the road that goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza. This is the desert route.
8:27 腓利就起身去了。看哪，有一個埃提阿伯人，是個有大權的太監，在埃提阿伯女王干大基手下總管銀庫，他上耶路撒冷去敬拜，
And he rose up and went. And behold, an Ethiopian man, a eunuch, a man in power under Candace, queen of the Ethiopians, who was over all her treasure, had come to Jerusalem to worship.
8:28 現在回來，在車上坐著，念申言者以賽亞的書。
And he was returning and was sitting in his chariot and reading the prophet Isaiah.
8:29 那靈對腓利說，你上前去，貼近那車走。
And the Spirit said to Philip, Approach and join this chariot.
8:30 腓利就跑上前去，聽見他念申言者以賽亞的書，便說，你所念的，你明白麼？
And when Philip ran up, he heard him reading Isaiah the prophet and said, Do you really know the things that you are reading?
8:31 他說，沒有人指引我，怎能明白？於是懇求腓利上車，與他同坐。
And he said, How could I unless someone guides me? And he entreated Philip to come up and sit with him.
這章節是天使傳言於腓利,要他去傳福音給有興趣的世人,期待他的牽引,使世人得以信靠主;在其他經文中,也還有很多諸如此例.
在這裡,我要強調的是,我們深信耶穌基督、使徒、天使,是一直都存在世間的.
摩賽亞書 Mosiah 11:162-178
１６２ 正當他在從事破壞 神的教會的時候－因他確曾與摩賽亞的兒子們暗中設法破壞教會，引誘上主的人民走上歧途，違反著 神的誡命，或國王的命令－
162 And now it came to pass that while he was going about to destroy the church of God: for he did go about secretly with the sons of Mosiah, seeking to destroy the church, and to lead astray the people of the Lord, contrary to the commandments of God, or even the king;
１６３ 如我對你們所說的，正當他們從事背叛 神的時候，上主的天使向他們顯現了；他好像在一朵雲裏降下；他用一種像雷鳴的聲音說話，使他們所站的地方發生了震動。
163 And as I said unto you, as they were going about rebelling against God, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto them; and he descended as it were in a cloud; and he spake as it were with a voice of thunder, which caused the earth to shake upon which they stood;
１６４ 他們大為驚駭，紛紛倒在地上，聽不懂他對他們所講的話。
164 And so great was their astonishment, that they fell to the earth, and understood not the words which he spake unto them.
１６５ 雖然如此，但他再大聲說：阿爾瑪，起來，站過來，你為何迫害 神的教會呢？
165 Nevertheless he cried again, saying, Alma, arise, and stand forth, for why persecuteth thou the church of God?
１６６ 上主曾說過；這是我的教會， 我要確立這教會；沒有東西可以推翻這教會。除非由於我人民的犯罪。
166 For the Lord hath said, This is my church, and I will establish it; and nothing shall overthrow it, save it is the transgression of my people.
１６７ 天使又說：上主已聽到了他的人民的禱告，也已聽到了他的僕人阿爾瑪，也就是你父親的禱告，
167 And again, the angel said, Behold, the Lord hath heard the prayers of his people, and also the prayers of his servant Alma, who is thy father:
１６８ 他曾用極大的信心為你禱告，使你得以知道真理；
168 For he has prayed with much faith concerning thee, that thou mightest be brought to the knowledge of the truth;
１６９ 所以，我為了這一個目的而來，要使你確信 神的能力和權柄，使他僕人們的禱告得以照著他們的信心而得到回答。
169 Therefore for this purpose have I come to convince thee of the power and authority of God, that the prayers of his servants might be answered according to their faith.
１７０ 現在，你能爭辯 神的能力嗎？
170 And now behold, can ye dispute the power of God?
１７１ 看啊，我的聲音不是在震動大地嗎？
171 For behold, doth not my voice shake the earth?
１７２ 你不是也看到了我在你面前嗎？
172 And can ye not also behold me before you?
１７３ 我是從 神那裏派來的。
173 And I am sent from God.
１７４ 現在我對你說：去吧，記住你祖先們在亥侖地和尼腓地被俘；也記住他曾為他們做了何等偉大的事情；他們曾在束縛中，而他解救了他們。
174 Now I say unto thee, Go, and remember the captivity of thy fathers in the land of Helam, and in the land of Nephi; and remember how great things he has done for them: for they were in bondage, and he has delivered them.
１７５ 現在我對你說，阿爾瑪，你去吧，不要再想破壞教會，好使他們的禱告得到回答，他們的禱告一定會得到回答的，即使你願意你自己被丟棄。
175 And now I say unto thee, Alma, go thy way, and seek to destroy the church no more, that their prayers may be answered; and this even if thou wilt of thyself be cast off.
１７６ 這些是天使對阿爾瑪所講的最後的話，他離開了。
176 And now it came to pass that these were the last words which the angel spake unto Alma, and he departed.
１７７ 阿爾瑪和那些跟他在一起的人又倒在地上，他們的驚異實在太大了；因為他們已經親眼看到一位上主的天使；他聲音像雷鳴，震動大地。
177 And now Alma, and those that were with him, fell again to the earth, for great was their astonishment; for with their own eyes they had beheld an angel of the Lord; and his voice was as thunder, which shook the earth;
１７８ 他們知道除了 神的力量外，沒有東西能夠震動大地並使它發抖，像要裂開一樣。
178 And they knew that there was nothing save the power of God, that could shake the earth and cause it to tremble, as though it would part asunder.
天使向年輕的阿爾瑪現身,訓斥他不可對主忽視無禮;實際上,在遠古的中國,類此的記載,不勝枚舉.
小約翰史密斯見證本 Joseph Smith II(P.9 - P.10)
天使摩羅乃,在小約翰史密斯的祈求禱告後,在一道顯眼的白光中,身著一件白袍,兩腳赤腳的現身半空中,除自訴是天使摩羅乃,並告知金頁片的存在,付予完成復原教會的使命.
摩羅乃書 Moroni 38:44
３８ 或是天使們已停止對人類兒女顯現呢？
38 Or have angels ceased to appear unto the children of men?
３９ 或是他已扣留聖靈的力量不給他們呢？
39 Or has he withheld the power of the Holy Ghost from them?
４０ 或是祇要時間仍繼續，大地仍存在，或地面上仍有一個人待救的時候，他會扣留聖靈的力量嗎？
40 Or will he, so long as time shall last, or the earth shall stand, or there shall be one man upon the face thereof to be saved?
４１ 我告訴你們，不；因為那是藉著信心纔行奇蹟；那是藉箸信心天使們纔向世人顯現施助；
41 Behold I say to you, Nay, for it is by faith that miracles are wrought; and it is by faith that angels appear and minister unto men;
４２ 所以，如果這些事已停止，人類兒女就有禍了，因為那是由於不相信，而一切也都落空。因為按照基督的話，除非他們對他的名有信心，沒有人可以得救；
42 Wherefore if these things have ceased, wo be unto the children of men, for it is because of unbelief, and all is vain; for no man can be saved, according to the words of Christ, save they shall have faith in his name;
４３ 所以，如果這些已停止了，那信心也已停止了；而人類的狀況將多麼的可怕，因為對於他們，就要像從未有過救贖一樣。
43 Wherefore, if these things have ceased, then has faith ceased also; and awful is the state of man: for they are as though there had been no redemption made.
４４ 但是我所愛的弟兄們，我判斷你們好的事情，因為我鄰判斷，由於你們的溫順，你們具有對基督的信心；因為如果你們沒有對他的信心，那末你們就不配被算在他教會的人民中。
44 But behold, my beloved brethren, I judge better things of you, for I judge that ye have faith in Christ because of your meekness; for if ye have not faith in him, then ye are not fit to be numbered among the people of his church.
我們的信,使我們得以得到救贖,所以說,沒有信念就沒有救贖,也沒有一切因緣,得以見到天使、使徒,甚至於耶穌基督的一面.當然也不會是教會中,我輩的弟兄姐妹了.
