才開機, 另一頭已經催促著要連線, 前一晚才收到多道福長老, 寄來講義的伊媚兒, 心想多道福長老, 是有多急著想跟大家見面啊?

哇! 滿滿的舊識, 有神采奕奕的夏琳 Charlene Kemple, 有旅美多年的 David和 Megan夫婦, 有參加靜修營之後赴美的 Bonnie… 伴同基本上課的教友, 擠滿一整個教室.

多道福長老的大女兒阿曼達月前剛文定, 心情不錯的他, 宣布婚期在明年四月左右, 期望大家可以觀禮同慶.

我們選這詩歌“普世同歡 Joy to the world”, 是因為十二月是我們的主耶穌基督誕生的日子, 所以我們頌讚、歌詠祂, 使大家能永世記住耶穌的來到, 是一件值得大大慶祝的喜事.

[普天同慶 Joy to the world]

典型的十二月, 一整個注目的焦點就是耶穌基督的誕生, 當祂來到人世間, 從一個小嬰孩, 長大成人, 一言一行, 仍沒忘記教導我們, 祂是多麼敬愛天上的父, 我們的 神- 耶和華, 足為我們的典範.

而且祂又教導我們, 認識最偉大的愛是- 全心全意敬愛耶和華, 以及愛我們的鄰舍(包括親朋好友和所有人). 在這裡我們有個傳統的小孩遊戲, 叫做”躲貓貓Hide & Seek”.

就是遊戲中, 一人先矇著眼, 開始倒數計時, 其他人趁機找地方躲藏起來, 等數完數, 喊一聲我來抓人囉, 四處尋找躲藏的人, 一一的找出來後, 遊戲結束或換人倒數計時, 重新來過, 想必在台灣也有吧? [是一樣的] 這遊戲, 在當年可是百玩不膩, 迄今猶回味無窮的呢, 不是嗎?

當耶穌基督甫一出生, 就有很多成年人, 四處尋找祂誕生的地方, 事實上, 有成群的天使, 來到羊群聚集的地方, 向牧羊人詠嘆、稱頌耶穌的誕生, 並且告訴他們這個天大的喜訊, 要他們去尋訪這個寶貝嬰兒- 耶穌.

因為這個寶貝嬰兒, 可不尋常, 祂是耶和華的愛子, 祂本是一個國王, 所以當牧羊人找到瑪莉和約瑟, 耶穌在世上的父母, 來到耶穌基督的跟前時, 就朝著可愛的嬰兒, 行起覲見君王的跪拜大禮.

我們回到經典上, 來看看如何藉由經典, 尋找耶和華、耶穌以及聖靈. 相關經文, 我稍早已經傳給Eric, 上面註記各經文章節的頁面, 方便大家查找.

馬太福音-Matthew 11:29-30

11:29 我心裡柔和謙卑，因此你們要負我的軛，且要跟我學，你們魂裡就必得安息；

Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

11:30 因為我的軛是容易的，我的擔子是輕省的。

For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.

經文顯示, 耶穌基督教導我們說：祂會指示我們一份工作,除了與我們同在, 並且使我們沒有負擔, 因為是渴望為主而做工, 而這將成為我們生命的一部分.

所以, 這種做工的渴望, 必然是出自全心全意.

馬太福音-Matthew 7:7-8

7:7 求，就給你們；尋找，就尋見；叩門，就給你們開門。

Ask and it shall be given to you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you.

7:8 因為凡求的，就得著；尋找的，就尋見；叩門的，就給他開門。

For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened.

顯然的, 我們過去在靜修營裡, 也多次的談到, 無論祈求、尋覓或主在敲心門, 都會得到應許, 並且為你打開心門.

雅各書-James 1:5-6

1:5 你們中間若有缺少智慧的，就當求那厚賜眾人，也不斥責人的神，就必有賜給他的。

But if any one of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and does not reproach, and it will be given to him.

1:6 只是要憑著信心求，一點不疑惑；因為那疑惑的人，就像海中的波浪，被風吹動翻騰。

But let him ask in faith, doubting nothing, for he who doubts is like the surge of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed about.

這其實是本教會相當重要的經典, 因為教會創始人小約瑟史密斯, 就曾經在閱讀這經文後, 跑到樹林裡祈問耶和華; 我應該相信、加入哪個教會? 主的回答是, 不要投靠坊間的派系, 應當創立真正的教會; 這也是本教會被創立的典故.

腓立比書-Philippians 4:6-7

4:6 應當一無掛慮，只要凡事藉著禱告、祈求，帶著感謝，將你們所要的告訴神；

In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;

4:7 神那超越人所能理解的平安，必在基督耶穌裡，保衛你們的心懷意念。

And the peace of God, which surpasses every man's understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.

不僅耶穌教導我們, 使徒也同樣告訴我們說. 要跟耶和華保持親密的溝通管道, 溝通管道就是我們常說的禱告Prayer; 通常我們禱告時, 並不會大聲囔囔, 很多時候更是靜默在心, 那麼, 耶和華會聽得到我們的心聲嗎?

這是個有趣的問題, 我們常祈求禱告, 可是如果我們既不張口說, 又不發出聲音來, 你認為耶和華可以聆聽到我們嗎?

[可以]; 你說對了Eric, 因為耶和華是造物主, 知道我們所思所想, 我們用不用心, 甚至我們愛不愛祂, 不管我們是否張口禱告, 或是默思祈求, 祂全然明白的知道.

申命記-Deuteronomy 4:29

4:29 但你們在那裡必尋求耶和華你的神；你若全心、全魂尋求祂，就必尋見。

And from there you will seek Jehovah your God, and you will find Him if you search for Him with all your heart and with all your soul.

此章節經文, 談到的是一個承諾Promise, 是耶和華給我們的承諾, 如果我們用心尋找祂, 如果我們全心禱告, 如果我們樂意去做耶和華的事工, 無論指示的是甚麼樣的事工; 祂給的承諾, 就是無條件的聆聽我們的祈求.

但是, 回歸剛才所說“躲貓貓”的遊戲, 我們必須全心全意尋找祂, 把祂置放在我們的心深處, 祂才會給予我們承諾.

你認為耶和華有意躲著我們嗎? 很難發現祂的蹤跡嗎? 不是這樣的, 在躲貓貓的遊戲中, 祂一直都在那裡, 並沒有躲藏起來, 祈望我們一眼就看到祂的存在, 只是我們的心被蒙蔽了, 使我們的眼也被遮住了.

不管是耶和華, 還是耶穌, 其實是期望我們親近祂的, 並且和祂建立起親密的關係, 甚至明明白白的告訴世人, 我就站在這裡啊! 來找我吧!

耶利米書-Jeremiah 29:12-13

29:12 你們要呼求我，前來向我禱告，我就應允你們；

Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you;

29:13 你們尋求我，若全心尋求，就必尋見。

And you will seek Me and find Me if you search for Me with all your heart;

這兩個都是舊約的章節, 敘述的都是耶穌基督, 還沒在人世間的事, 相對的新約記載的, 就是耶穌基督出生以後的事, 但是, 無論你處在耶穌基督出世前, 或誕生以後的人世間, 祂一本初衷, 都是祈望我們去尋找祂, 並且發現祂的存在.

使徒行傳-Acts 17:27-28

17:27 要叫他們尋求神，或者可以揣摩而得，其實祂離我們各人不遠；

That they might seek God, if perhaps they might grope for Him and find Him, even though He is not far from each one of us;

17:28 因我們生活、行動、存留都在於祂，就如你們中間有些作詩的說，原來我們也是祂的族類。

For in Him we live and move and are, as even some poets among you have said, For we are also His race.

耶和華好像高不可攀? 耶穌基督好像離得好遠? 經典裡是這樣記載的嗎? [不是] 百分百正確, 謝謝. 事實上, 它記載如果我們渴慕耶穌基督, 尋找到祂, 除了建立親近關係的喜悅, 更可以知道其實耶穌, 一直在我們身邊守護著, 並不是難以親近的.

那麼或有人會質疑, 我們在美國, 你們在台灣, 同一時間裡, 耶穌基督怎麼能同時出現在兩地呢? 因為祂是造物主, 宇宙四方都在祂的掌控之下, 美國、台灣對祂來說, 只是瞬間的距離, 所以無時無刻, 祂都會在我們每一個人的身邊.

如果已經和耶穌基督, 建立起親近關係的話, 其實祂是住在我們每一個人的心中的.

約翰一書-1 John 5:14-15

5:14 我們若照祂的旨意求什麼，祂就聽我們；這是我們向著祂所存坦然無懼的心。

And this is the boldness which we have toward Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.

5:15 我們若知道祂聽我們一切所求的，就知道我們所求於祂的無不得著。

And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him.

注意一下, 是約翰一書, 不是約翰福音喔!

約翰一書-1 John 3:21-22

3:21 親愛的，我們的心若不責備我們，我們就可以向神坦然無懼了；

Beloved, if our heart does not blame us, we have boldness toward God;

3:22 並且我們不論求什麼，就從祂得著；因為我們遵守祂的誡命，也行祂看為可喜悅的事。

And whatever we ask we receive from Him because we keep His commandments and do the things that are pleasing in His sight.

我的英文版本說: 信靠耶和華, 擁有無比自信心, 就是告訴我們, 親近祂、祈求祂, 祂是值得我們信靠的真神.

約翰福音-John 15:7

15:7 你們若住在我裡面，我的話也住在你們裡面，凡你們所願意的，祈求就給你們成就。

If you abide in Me and My words abide in you, ask whatever you will, and it shall be done for you.

有沒有搞混啊? 現在是真的約翰福音啦, 不要翻到約翰一書去了喔?!

我選讀這句, 安住在耶穌裡 Abide in Jesus, 安住的意思可以這麼解釋: 果實如果沒有連在一棵果樹上, 想必是枯萎在即, 甚至是枯槁而亡, 就像是葡萄必須連結在葡萄樹藤上, 才能長得又大又好, 要不然就枯乾掉了.

換句話說, 人也是一樣, 必須服膺耶和華的誡命, 與祂建立起永恆的友好關係, 才能在福音裡健康的長成.

約翰福音-John 14:12-18

14:12 我實實在在的告訴你們，我所作的事，信入我的人也要作，並且要作比這更大的事，因為我往父那裡去。

Truly, truly, I say to you, He who believes into Me, the works which I do he shall do also; and greater than these he shall do because I am going to the Father.

14:13 你們在我的名裡無論求什麼，我必作成，叫父在子身上得榮耀。

And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14:14 你們若在我的名裡求我什麼，我必作成。

If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.

14:15 你們若愛我，就必遵守我的誡命。

If you love Me, you will keep My commandments.

14:16 我要求父，祂必賜給你們另一位保惠師，叫祂永遠與你們同在，

And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter, that He may be with you forever,

14:17 就是實際的靈，乃世人不能接受的，因為不見祂，也不認識祂；你們卻認識祂，因祂與你們同住，且要在你們裡面。

Even the Spirit of reality, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him or know Him; but you know Him, because He abides with you and shall be in you.

14:18 我不撇下你們為孤兒，我正往你們這裡來。

I will not leave you as orphans; I am coming to you.

你們剛剛讀到的經文, 有何感想啊? [耶穌答應給我們保惠師 Comforter], 哇! 完全正確, 我整理重複一下, 就是耶穌基督應允我們, 將賜給我們保惠師, 並且終生與我們同在.

此時的耶穌, 已然不再是一個小嬰孩, 實際上是長大為成人了, 祂設訂教會規範, 演示給我們知道該如何禱告祈求, 一言一行還能成為世人典範.

祂還給予我們承諾, 只要我們遵守祂的誡命, 凡是我們禱告祈求的, 祂都會給予祝福, 並且回應我們的祈求. 換句話說, 當我們逞開心房, 保惠師(聖靈Holy Spirit)就會隨時進駐.

聖靈就是保惠師, 住在心靈裡, 引導我們的日常言行, 我們會一點點的改變- 避開邪惡的事, 開始好的行為, [可以趨吉避凶) 就像剛剛Robert 所唸的, 當耶穌的保惠師進駐我們的心底後, 由這真實的聖靈所引導, 我們終將明白何謂真理, 我們將會渴求祂的早日到來.

以下的章節, 提供大家參考, 期望大家花一點小時間, 閱讀一遍, 以補今日課堂上不足的說明. 我更期望大家能夠多多的禱告祈求, 最重要的是要遵守祂的誡命, 尋求祂永遠的住在你們心底.

簡單來說, 如果大家每天都禱告祈求, 耶穌將改變你的生命; 或者說, 大家天天都遵守祂的誡命, 你的生命將會因而改變.

禱告的力量 The Power of Prayer 提供以下經文參考：

馬太福音-Matthew 6:9-15

6:9 所以你們要這樣禱告：我們在諸天之上的父，願你的名被尊為聖，

You then pray in this way: Our Father who is in the heavens, Your name be sanctified;

6:10 願你的國來臨，願你的旨意行在地上，如同行在天上。

Your kingdom come; Your will be done, as in heaven, so also on earth.

6:11 我們日用的食物，今日賜給我們；

Give us today our daily bread.

6:12 免我們的債，如同我們免了欠我們債的人；

And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

6:13 不叫我們陷入試誘，救我們脫離那惡者。因為國度、能力、榮耀，都是你的，直到永遠。阿們。

And do not bring us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

6:14 因為你們若赦免人的過犯，你們的天父也必赦免你們；

For if you forgive men their offenses, your heavenly Father will forgive you also;

6:15 你們若不赦免人的過犯，你們的父也必不赦免你們的過犯。

But if you do not forgive men their offenses, neither will your Father forgive your offenses.

約翰福音-John 14:12-18

14:12 我實實在在的告訴你們，我所作的事，信入我的人也要作，並且要作比這更大的事，因為我往父那裡去。

Truly, truly, I say to you, He who believes into Me, the works which I do he shall do also; and greater than these he shall do because I am going to the Father.

14:13 你們在我的名裡無論求什麼，我必作成，叫父在子身上得榮耀。

And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

14:14 你們若在我的名裡求我什麼，我必作成。

14:15 你們若愛我，就必遵守我的誡命。

Even the Spirit of reality, whom the world cannot receive, because it does not behold Him or know Him; but you know Him, because He abides with you and shall be in you.

14:18 我不撇下你們為孤兒，我正往你們這裡來。

I will not leave you as orphans; I am coming to you.

啟示錄-Revelation 3:20-22

3:20 看哪，我站在門外叩門；若有聽見我聲音就開門的，我要進到他那裡，我與他，他與我要一同坐席。

Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears My voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him and dine with him and he with Me.

3:21 得勝的，我要賜他在我寶座上與我同坐，就如我得了勝，在我父的寶座上與祂同坐一樣。

He who overcomes, to him I will give to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat with My Father on His throne.

3:22 那靈向眾召會所說的話，凡有耳的，就應當聽。

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.

約翰福音-John 14:25-26

14:25 我還與你們同住的時候，已將這些話對你們說了。

These things I have spoken to you while abiding with you;

14:26 但保惠師，就是父在我的名裡所要差來的聖靈，祂要將一切的事教導你們，並且要叫你們想起我對你們所說的一切話。

But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things and remind you of all the things which I have said to you.

哥林多前書-1 Corinthians 2:9-12

2:9 只是如經上所記：「神為愛祂的人所預備的，是眼睛未曾看見，耳朵未曾聽見，人心也未曾想到的。」

But as it is written, "Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard and which have not come up in man's heart; things which God has prepared for those who love Him.''

2:10 但神藉著那靈向我們啟示了，因為那靈參透萬事，甚至神的深奧也參透了。

But to us God has revealed them through the Spirit, for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God.

2:11 因為除了在人裡面人的靈，在人中間有誰知道人的事？照樣，除了神的靈，也沒有人知道神的事。

For who among men knows the things of man, except the spirit of man which is in him? In the same way, the things of God also no one has known except the Spirit of God.

2:12 我們所領受的，並不是世上的靈，乃是那出於神的靈，使我們能知道神白白恩賜我們的事；

But we have received not the spirit of the world but the Spirit which is from God, that we may know the things which have been graciously given to us by God;

最後選唱這首詩歌, 同樣是說耶穌的誕生, 世人的尋求, 天使頌唱引導牧羊人, 前往覲見聖嬰的誕生.
