約翰福音 John 15:1-10
1 我是真葡萄樹、我父是栽培的人。
"I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.
2 凡屬我不結果子的枝子、他就剪去．凡結果子的、他就修理乾淨、使枝子結果子更多。
He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.
3 現在你們因我講給你們的道、已經乾淨了。
You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.
4 你們要常在我裡面、我也常在你們裡面。枝子若不常在葡萄樹上、自己就不能結果子．你們若不常在我裡面、也是這樣。
Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.
5 我是葡萄樹、你們是枝子．常在我裡面的、我也常在他裡面、這人就多結果子．因為離了我、你們就不能作甚麼。
"I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.
6 人若不常在我裡面、就像枝子丟在外面枯乾、人拾起來、扔在火裡燒了。
If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.
7 你們若常在我裡面、我的話也常在你們裡面、凡你們所願意的、祈求就給你們成就。
If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you.
8 你們多結果子、我父就因此得榮耀、你們也就是我的門徒了。
This is to my Father's glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.
9 我愛你們、正如父愛我一樣．你們要常在我的愛裡。
"As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.
10 你們若遵守我的命令、就常在我的愛裡．正如我遵守了我父的命令、常在他的愛裡。
If you obey my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have obeyed my Father's commands and remain in his love.
人的眼裡看到的是結實纍纍, 神等的是人的悔改和遵守祂的誡律-敬拜 耶和華以及愛鄰如己.
約翰福音 John 1:9
那光是真光、照亮一切生在世上的人。
The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world.
約翰福音 John 6:32
耶穌說、我實實在在的告訴你們、那從天上來的糧、不是摩西賜給你們的、乃是我父將天上來的真糧賜給你們。
Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven.
馬太福音 Matthew 12:28 (KJV 12:33)
你們或以為樹好、果子也好．樹壞、果子也壞．因為看果子、就可以知道樹。
"Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit.
約翰福音 James 3:18
信他的人、不被定罪．不信的人、罪已經定了、因為他不信 神獨生子的名。
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because he has not believed in the name of God's one and only Son.
馬太福音 Matthew 7:28 (KJV 7:19)
凡不結好果子的樹、就砍下來、丟在火裡。
Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
馬太福音 Matthew 7:30 (KJV 7:21)
凡稱呼我主阿、主阿的人、不能都進天國．惟獨遵行我天父旨意的人、纔能進去。
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
馬太福音 Matthew 22:35-39 / 19:17 (KJV 22:36-40 / 19:17)
36 耶穌同門徒來到一個地方、名叫客西馬尼、就對他們說、你們坐在這裡、等我到那邊去禱告。
Then Jesus went with his disciples to a place called Gethsemane, and he said to them, "Sit here while I go over there and pray."
37 於是帶著彼得、和西庇太的兩個兒子同去、就憂愁起來、極其難過．
He took Peter and the two sons of Zebedee along with him, and he began to be sorrowful and troubled.
38 便對他們說、我心裡甚是憂傷、幾乎要死．你們在這裡等候、和我一同儆醒。
Then he said to them, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death. Stay here and keep watch with me."
39 他就稍往前走、俯伏在地、禱告說、我父阿、倘若可行、求你叫這杯離開我．然而不要照我的意思、只要照你的意思。
Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, "My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will."
40 來到門徒那裡、見他們睡著了、就對彼得說、怎麼樣、你們不能同我儆醒片時麼。
Then he returned to his disciples and found them sleeping. "Could you men not keep watch with me for one hour?" he asked Peter.
馬太福音 Matthew 19:17
耶穌對他說、你為甚麼以善事問我呢、只有一位是善的、〔有古卷作你為什麼稱我是良善的除了 神以外沒有一個良善的〕你若要進入永生、就當遵守誡命。
"Why do you ask me about what is good?" Jesus replied. "There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, obey the commandments."
約翰福音 James 5:7-11
7 病人回答說、先生、水動的時候、沒有人把我放在池子裡．我正去的時候、就有別人比我先下去。
"Sir," the invalid replied, "I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me."
8 耶穌對他說、起來、拿你的褥子走罷。
Then Jesus said to him, "Get up! Pick up your mat and walk."
9 那人立刻痊愈、就拿起褥子來走了。
At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked. The day on which this took place was a Sabbath,
10 那天是安息日、所以猶太人對那醫好的人說、今天是安息日、你拿褥子是不可的。
and so the Jews said to the man who had been healed, "It is the Sabbath; the law forbids you to carry your mat."
11 他卻回答說、那使我痊愈的、對我說、拿你的褥子走罷。
But he replied, "The man who made me well said to me, 'Pick up your mat and walk.'"
路加福音 Luke 13:6-9
6 於是用比喻說、一個人有一棵無花果樹、栽在葡萄園裡．他來到樹前找果子、卻找不著。
Then he told this parable: "A man had a fig tree, planted in his vineyard, and he went to look for fruit on it, but did not find any.
7 就對管園的說、看哪、我這三年、來到這無花果樹前找果子、竟找不著、把他砍了罷．何必白佔地土呢。
So he said to the man who took care of the vineyard, 'For three years now I've been coming to look for fruit on this fig tree and haven't found any. Cut it down! Why should it use up the soil?'
8 管園的說、主阿、今年且留著、等我周圍掘開土、加上糞．
"'Sir,' the man replied, 'leave it alone for one more year, and I'll dig around it and fertilize it.
9 以後若結果子便罷．不然再把他砍了。
If it bears fruit next year, fine! If not, then cut it down.'"
彼得後書 2 Peter 3:9
主所應許的尚未成就、有人以為他是耽延．其實不是耽延、乃是寬容你們、不願有一人沉淪、乃願人人都悔改。
The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.
約翰福音 John 5:19
耶穌對他們說、我實實在在的告訴你們、子憑著自己不能作甚麼、惟有看見父所作的、子纔能作．父所作的事、子也照樣作。
Jesus gave them this answer: "I tell you the truth, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.
約翰福音 John 14:10
我在父裡面、父在我裡面、你不信麼。我對你們所說的話、不是憑著自己說的、乃是住在我裡面的父作他自己的事。
Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you are not just my own. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work.
希伯來書 Hebrews 12:5-11
5 你們又忘了那勸你們如同勸兒子的話、說、『我兒、你不可輕看主的管教、被他責備的時候、也不可灰心．
And you have forgotten that word of encouragement that addresses you as sons: "My son, do not make light of the Lord's discipline, and do not lose heart when he rebukes you,
6 因為主所愛的他必管教、又鞭打凡所收納的兒子。』
because the Lord disciplines those he loves, and he punishes everyone he accepts as a son."
7 你們所忍受的、是 神管教你們、待你們如同待兒子．焉有兒子不被父親管教的呢。
Endure hardship as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father?
8 管教原是眾子所共受的、你們若不受管教、就是私子、不是兒子了。
If you are not disciplined (and everyone undergoes discipline), then you are illegitimate children and not true sons.
9 再者、我們曾有生身的父管教我們、我們尚且敬重他、何況萬靈的父、我們豈不更當順服他得生麼。
Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live!
10 生身的父都是暫隨己意管教我們．惟有萬靈的父管教我們、是要我們得益處、使我們在他的聖潔上有分。
Our fathers disciplined us for a little while as they thought best; but God disciplines us for our good, that we may share in his holiness.
11 凡管教的事、當時不覺得快樂、反覺得愁苦．後來卻為那經練過的人、結出平安的果子、就是義．
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.
天父要我們行公義的事, 必然要受約制時的苦, 只要能耐心持誡, 卻是結出甜美的果. 不似生父常隨己意, 甚而情緒性的管教, 無所適從.
摩賽亞書 Mosiah 1:49
我告訴你們這些事是要你們學習到智慧，使你們知道，你們為同胞服務時，只是在為你們的神服務而已。
And behold, I tell you these things that ye may learn wisdom; that ye may learn that when ye are in the service of your 'fellow beings ye are only in the service of your God.
哥林多前書 1 Corinthians 12:12-14
12 就如身子是一個、卻有許多肢體、而且肢體雖多、仍是一個身子．基督也是這樣。
The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.
13 我們不拘是猶太人、是希利尼人、是為奴的、是自主的、都從一位聖靈受洗、成了一個身體．飲於一位聖靈。
For we were all baptized by one Spirit into one body--whether Jews or Greeks, slave or free--and we were all given the one Spirit to drink.
14 身子原不是一個肢體、乃是許多肢體。
Now the body is not made up of one part but of many.
以弗所書 Ephesians 4:1-6
1 我為主被囚的勸你們、既然蒙召、行事為人就當與蒙召的恩相稱．
As a prisoner for the Lord, then, I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.
2 凡事謙虛、溫柔、忍耐、用愛心互相寬容、
Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
3 用和平彼此聯絡、竭力保守聖靈所賜合而為一的心。
Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
4 身體只有一個、聖靈只有一個、正如你們蒙召、同有一個指望、
There is one body and one Spirit--just as you were called to one hope when you were called--
5 一主、一信、一洗、
one Lord, one faith, one baptism;
6 一 神、就是眾人的父、超乎眾人之上、貫乎眾人之中、也住在眾人之內。
one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all.
耶利米書 Jeremiah 17:7-8
7 倚靠耶和華、以耶和華為可靠的、那人有福了。
"But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.
8 他必像樹栽於水旁、在河邊扎根、炎熱來到、並不懼怕、葉子仍必青翠、在乾旱之年毫無掛慮、而且結果不止。
He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit."
詩篇 Psalm 1:1-3
1 不從惡人的計謀、不站罪人的道路、不坐褻慢人的座位、
Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked or stand in the way of sinners or sit in the seat of mockers.
2 惟喜愛耶和華的律法、晝夜思想、這人便為有福。
But his delight is in the law of the LORD, and on his law he meditates day and night.
3 他要像一棵樹栽在溪水旁、按時候結果子、葉子也不枯乾．凡他所作的、盡都順利。
He is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither. Whatever he does prospers.
加拉太書 Galatians 5: 22-25
22 聖靈所結的果子、就是仁愛、喜樂、和平、忍耐、恩慈、良善、信實、
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
23 溫柔、節制．這樣的事、沒有律法禁止。
gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
24 凡屬基督耶穌的人、是已經把肉體、連肉體的邪情私慾、同釘在十字架上了。
Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the sinful nature with its passions and desires.
25 我們若是靠聖靈得生、就當靠聖靈行事。
Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.
加拉太書 Galatians 5: 19-21
19 情慾的事、都是顯而易見的．就如姦淫、污穢、邪蕩、
The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery;
20 拜偶像、邪術、仇恨、爭競、忌恨、惱怒、結黨、紛爭、異端、
idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions
21 嫉妒、〔有古卷在此有兇殺二字〕醉酒、荒宴等類、我從前告訴你們、現在又告訴你們、行這樣事的人、必不能承受 神的國。
and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.
