現今社會, 一樣米養百種人, 所以就會有好人與壞人之分, 可是相信人 - 性本善, 也是其來有自的. 而這也就是我們今天所要探討的主題.

眾所周知, 耶穌基督為了赦免救贖人們的罪, 不惜以凡身示眾, 而來人世間走一遭; 可是, 兩千年過去了, 我們的社會, 是否就已步入耶穌基督所期待的 - ZION 呢? 這答案, 恐怕再明白不過了, 要不何來傳言說: 耶穌基督即將再度來臨?

我們來看看聖經裡, 給我們留下甚麼訓示與戒律:

1 Timonthy 3:1-7 提摩太前書第三章一到七節
1 人若想要得監督的職分、就是羨慕善工．這話是可信的．
Here is a trustworthy saying: If anyone sets his heart on being an overseer, he desires a noble task.

2 作監督的、必須無可指責、只作一個婦人的丈夫、有節制、自守、端正、樂意接待遠人、善於教導．
Now the overseer must be above reproach, the husband of but one wife, temperate, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach,

3 不因酒滋事、不打人、只要溫和、不爭競、不貪財．
not given to drunkenness, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money.

4 好好管理自己的家、使兒女凡事端莊順服。〔或作端端莊莊的使兒女順服〕
He must manage his own family well and see that his children obey him with proper respect.

5 人若不知道管理自己的家、焉能照管　神的教會呢。
(If anyone does not know how to manage his own family, how can he take care of God's church?)

6 初入教的不可作監督、恐怕他自高自大、就落在魔鬼所受的刑罰裡。
He must not be a recent convert, or he may become conceited and fall under the same judgment as the devil.

7 監督也必須在教外有好名聲、恐怕被人毀謗、落在魔鬼的網羅裡。
He must also have a good reputation with outsiders, so that he will not fall into disgrace and into the devil's trap.

雖然第三世界的個人資源有限(多屬於國家所有), 可是, 人與人之間的分享 - 尤其是食物, 因為生活簡樸及思想單純, 泰半都不吝於與他人共享; 反觀身處功利主義盛行的現代人們, 自私自利的遠比願意與人分享的多太多, 同樣都是生活在同一個年代的人, 期間之差異, 竟難以同一個水平來比擬.

還有, 提摩太前書第三章十四到十六節 1 Timonthy 3:14-16 提到:

14 我指望快到你那裡去、所以先將這些事寫給你．
Although I hope to come to you soon, I am writing you these instructions so that,

15 倘若我耽延日久、你也可以知道在　神的家中當怎樣行．這家就是永生　神的教會、真理的柱石和根基。
if I am delayed, you will know how people ought to conduct themselves in God's household, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.

16 大哉、敬虔的奧秘、無人不以為然．就是　神在肉身顯現、被聖靈稱義、〔或作在靈性稱義〕被天使看見、被傳於外邦、被世人信服、被接在榮耀裡。
Beyond all question, the mystery of godliness is great: He appeared in a body, was vindicated by the Spirit, was seen by angels, was preached among the nations, was believed on in the world, was taken up in glory.

上上禮拜, 我們剛提過"八福 Beatitudes ", 所以信靠主的, 因虔敬的心而有福了, 生活也更加豐富紮實, 這是基督徒的福祉, 你們應當把它宣揚出去, 教大家行公義的事, 分享愛與人, 關心那些需要被關心者, 與眾人和平相處, 至最近的教堂, 聆聽福音, 讓身心沐浴在聖靈中, 以求遠離魔鬼撒旦的誘惑, 並迎接耶穌基督的再次來臨!
