受難的耶穌基督 Suffering for Jesus Christ
當遭受到挫折,我們該如何去面對?是不是該自省?這會不會是老天爺給予的懲罰?一開場還來不及說笑,長老道福就一疊聲的丟出一串問題來.
羅馬書 Romans 5:3-5
3 不但如此、就是在患難中、也是歡歡喜喜的．因為知道患難生忍耐．
Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance;
4 忍耐生老練．老練生盼望．
perseverance, character; and character, hope.
5 盼望不至於羞恥．因為所賜給我們的聖靈、將 神的愛澆灌在我們心裡。
And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.
在還沒有摸清頭緒時,他又自問自答的說起書來…這稱不上懲罰,這只能說是 神對我們的試煉,舉凡親子關係、人事關係、工作壓力等等等, 都可以是試煉的一部份.那你一定在想:”奇怪呀瞧你說的,神不是愛世人嗎?為何要試煉我們?
彼得前書 1 Peter 5:10
那賜諸般恩典的 神、曾在基督裡召你們、得享他永遠的榮耀、等你們暫受苦難之後、必要親自成全你們、堅固你們、賜力量給你們。
And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
使徒保羅周遊四處傳揚福音,經常遭受污衊等言語上的攻訐,甚至有羅織下獄,欲置之於死地,就在生死一瞬間,靠著堅定的信念,無比誠心的祈禱,最後都有聖靈的指引與保護,才得以處處逢凶化吉;
雅各書 James 1:2-4
2 若有一個人帶著金戒指、穿著華美衣服、進你們的會堂去．又有一個窮人、穿著骯髒衣服也進去．
Suppose a man comes into your meeting wearing a gold ring and fine clothes, and a poor man in shabby clothes also comes in.
3 你們就看重那穿華美衣服的人、說、請坐在這好位上．又對那窮人說、你站在那裡、或坐在我腳凳下邊．
If you show special attention to the man wearing fine clothes and say, "Here's a good seat for you," but say to the poor man, "You stand there" or "Sit on the floor by my feet,"
4 這豈不是你們偏心待人、用惡意斷定人麼。
have you not discriminated among yourselves and become judges with evil thoughts?
原來這樣的試煉是有其目的的,不只使我們身心更加強壯的去面對一切橫逆, 也促使我們更加的信靠 神,致使人與 神之間更加的親密.
羅馬書 Romans 8:18
我想現在的苦楚、若比起將來要顯於我們的榮耀、就不足介意了。
I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
你會想說跑步、舉重、游泳啦等等,使人強壯的方法至少有千百種,為何 神還要藉種種折磨與苦難來試煉我們?
彼得前書 1 Peter 4:12-19
12 親愛的弟兄阿、有火煉的試驗臨到你們、不要以為奇怪、（似乎是遭遇非常的事）
Dear friends, do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you.
13 倒要歡喜．因為你們是與基督一同受苦、使你們在他榮耀顯現的時候、也可以歡喜快樂。
But rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed.
14 你們若是為基督的名受辱罵、便是有福的．因為 神榮耀的靈、常住在你們身上。
If you are insulted because of the name of Christ, you are blessed, for the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you.
15 你們中間卻不可有人、因為殺人、偷竊、作惡、好管閒事而受苦．
If you suffer, it should not be as a murderer or thief or any other kind of criminal, or even as a meddler.
16 若為作基督徒受苦、卻不要羞恥．倒要因這名歸榮耀給 神。
However, if you suffer as a Christian, do not be ashamed, but praise God that you bear that name.
17 因為時候到了、審判要從 神的家起首．若是先從我們起首、那不信從 神福音的人、將有何等的結局呢。
For it is time for judgment to begin with the family of God; and if it begins with us, what will the outcome be for those who do not obey the gospel of God?
18 若是義人僅僅得救、那不虔敬和犯罪的人、將有何地可站呢。
And, "If it is hard for the righteous to be saved, what will become of the ungodly and the sinner?"
19 所以那照 神旨意受苦的人、要一心為善、將自己靈魂交與那信實的造化之主。
So then, those who suffer according to God's will should commit themselves to their faithful Creator and continue to do good.
那是因為 神希望我們經由試煉,產生對抗壓力的毅力,堅定信念,並以喜悅的心來面對所有的不快,再用無比堅毅的耐心,來等待最後的結果.
啟示錄 Revelation 21:4
神要擦去他們一切的眼淚．不再有死亡、也不再有悲哀、哭號、疼痛、因為以前的事都過去了。
He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away."
電視裡常常演出事業有成,意氣風發的有錢人一堆,為什麼 神都沒有幫到我?或許我們該這麼想：神的給與已經超出我們所應得的(我們本不配得這些)那麼你就可以釋懷了.
約翰福音 John 16:33
我將這些事告訴你們、是要叫你們在我裡面有平安。在世上你們有苦難．但你們可以放心、我已經勝了世界。
"I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world."
若當你蒙受與耶穌基督一樣的災難時,你還能擁有這一切嗎?你還能保有與耶穌基督一樣(祈求天父原諒那些欺凌他的人,以及捨己救人造福全人類)的胸懷?
歌林多後書 2 Corinthians 4:8-10
8 我們四面受敵、卻不被困住．心裡作難、卻不至失望．
We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair;
9 遭逼迫、卻不被丟棄．打倒了、卻不至死亡．
persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed.
10 身上常帶著耶穌的死、使耶穌的生、也顯明在我們身上。
We always carry around in our body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.
使徒們遭遇劫難,靠堅定的信心,誠摯的禱告,逢凶化吉、死裡逃生的事跡,經書裡著墨多次,如果能時常翻閱,必然增長知識,增強信念.
彼得前書 1 Peter 4:12-13

所以當面臨挫折時,應當以喜悅的心勇於面對挑戰;而堅定的信念使我們不孤單(耶穌基督必陪伴在身旁)因為聖靈時時刻刻,都在指引我們正確的脫困方向.
提摩太後書 2 Timothy 3:12
不但如此、凡立志在基督耶穌裡敬虔度日的、也都要受逼迫。
In fact, everyone who wants to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will be persecuted,
有時接受基督,反而是受嘲諷甚至汙衊的藉口,當甘之如飴.
路加福音 Luke 14:27
凡不背著自己十字架跟從我的、也不能作我的門徒。
And anyone who does not carry his cross and follow me cannot be my disciple.
所有遭逢的挫折與磨難,宛如被十字架框身,堅定信念勇於面對試煉,才能成為真正的基督徒.
詩篇 Psalm 34:19
義人多有苦難．但耶和華救他脫離這一切．
A righteous man may have many troubles, but the LORD delivers him from them all;
耶穌基督就是我們最好的朋友,在挫折苦難時,幫助我們離苦除難.
希伯來書 Hebrews 12:11
凡管教的事、當時不覺得快樂、反覺得愁苦．後來卻為那經練過的人、結出平安的果子、就是義．
No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it.
但凡是人遇挫受苦,能有幾人欣然收受?殊不知這正是 神的試煉,懷著無比的信念,以喜悅之心勇敢面對,當突破苦難的剎那間,甜美的果實就顯現在盡頭.
腓立比書 Philippians 1:29
因為你們蒙恩、不但得以順服基督、並要為他受苦。
For it has been granted to you on behalf of Christ not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for him,
你能想像耶穌基督所蒙受的苦難嗎?尤其甚者,你會遭受比耶穌基督更大的苦難嗎?所以,就從現在起,好好思考當挫折苦難來臨時,應以何種面貌與心態來面對?
以賽亞書 Isaiah 55:9
天怎樣高過地、照樣我的道路、高過你們的道路、我的意念、高過你們的意念。
"As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.
祈求禱告、閱讀經文、都不失為面對挫折的良好措施.
詩篇 Psalms 119:71
我受苦是與我有益、為要使我學習你的律例。
It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees.
但是我們更應該學習耶穌基督的愛,就從身邊的人去愛起,因為遇苦受挫的人,往往如嬰孩般不知手措,需要我們的愛擁抱溫暖他,而且如此一來,愛使我們更為親近耶和華.
