颱風剛過境,看到各位弟兄姐妹能出席,家中想必都無大礙,感謝主!

由颱風,我們聯想到面對世間的挫折、挑戰,或許失望而哭、或許得意的笑.過程中,總少不了禱告,也有人習慣臨時抱佛腳,對於這樣子臨時起意的禱告,我們認為是不太妥當的行為.

因為禱告的基礎,在於信心- 就是信任、信賴的心,而信心是日積月累的堆積,決不是一朝一夕就可以建立的.

箴言 Proverbs 3:5-8

5 你要專心仰賴耶和華、不可倚靠自己的聰明．

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding;

6 在你一切所行的事上、都要認定他、他必指引你的路。

in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

7 不要自以為有智慧．要敬畏耶和華、遠離惡事．

Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil.

8 這便醫治你的肚臍、滋潤你的百骨。

This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones.

在這裡,明明白白的告訴我們,不要仗著自己的小聰明,我行我素,應該把注意力集中在信任耶和華,好讓祂引導我們的言行舉止,才能趨吉避凶,得到祂的賜福與恩惠.

箴言 Proverbs 29:25

25 懼怕人的、陷入網羅．惟有倚靠耶和華的、必得安穩。

Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD is kept safe.

眼前一切的試煉,撲面而來的時候,不僅令人措手不及,往往心神渙散,拿不出定見;惟有倚靠耶和華的,適時心理明白,思維清晰,虔誠禱告祈求,祂將如明燈指引,給予明確的方向,使信念不疑、使心念不懼,勇往直前迎向挑戰.

馬可福音 Mark 4:36-41

36 門徒離開眾人、耶穌仍在船上、他們就把他一同帶去．也有別的船和他同行。

Leaving the crowd behind, they took him along, just as he was, in the boat. There were also other boats with him.

37 忽然起了暴風、波浪打入船內、甚至船要滿了水。

A furious squall came up, and the waves broke over the boat, so that it was nearly swamped.

38 耶穌在船尾上、枕著枕頭睡覺．門徒叫醒了他、說、夫子、我們喪命、你不顧麼。

Jesus was in the stern, sleeping on a cushion. The disciples woke him and said to him, "Teacher, don't you care if we drown?"

39 耶穌醒了．斥責風、向海說、住了罷、靜了罷．風就止住、大大的平靜了。

He got up, rebuked the wind and said to the waves, "Quiet! Be still!" Then the wind died down and it was completely calm.

40 耶穌對他們說、為甚麼膽怯．你們還沒有信心麼。

He said to his disciples, "Why are you so afraid? Do you still have no faith?"

41 他們就大大的懼怕、彼此說、這到底是誰、連風和海也聽從他了。

They were terrified and asked each other, "Who is this? Even the wind and the waves obey him!"

初時,跟隨耶穌基督的門徒,並不明白他們所跟隨的,是獲得無限權柄的神的愛子,所以,處處留心處處存疑,也就是說,對耶穌基督沒有完全的信任之心;在一場常見的風暴中,船上的眾人心底恐懼之心生起,待耶穌基督平息風暴後,也斥責眾門徒,對祂一點倚靠的信任感都沒,怎堪擔當起- 重建教會、教化民眾的重責大任.

想像姐妹雅蔓達和妮可,除非她倆膽識過人,勇氣十足,可以獨闖不明的國度(但不包準平安),否則就是虔敬、倚靠耶和華的心,讓她倆無後顧之憂,帶領她們快快樂樂的來,平平安安的回家.

說到這,我想起一件真人實事,場景跟上面風暴的船相似,但這回是在飛機上;其中有位小女孩,比鄰還有一位傳教士,他與眾人在震盪激烈的機艙裡,不住的禱告祈求,仍不免面露驚恐之神色,唯獨小女孩,不僅安靜異常,甚至還看書看得津津有味.

經過一番折騰,飛機終於平安降落,止不住心中疑慮的傳教士,趨前詢問小女孩,剛剛都不會怕嗎?小女孩說:不會啊!因為開飛機的是我爸爸,他會帶我們安全回家的.

小女孩對她爸爸的完全信任,促使她不起懼心,這正是我們今天,面對人生的風暴時,所應該要學習的態度,對耶穌基督十足的信任、倚靠的心,祂將賜予我們平安與快樂.

馬太福音 Matthew 18:1-5

1 當時、門徒進前來、問耶穌說、天國裡誰是最大的。

At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?"

2 耶穌便叫一個小孩子來、使他站在他們當中、

He called a little child and had him stand among them.

3 說、我實在告訴你們、你們若不回轉、變成小孩子的樣式、斷不得進天國。

And he said: "I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

4 所以凡自己謙卑像這小孩子的、他在天國裡就是最大的。

Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

5 凡為我的名、接待一個像這小孩子的、就是接待我。

"And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.

哥林多前書 1 Corinthians 14:20

20 弟兄們、在心志上不要作小孩子．然而在惡事上要作嬰孩．在心志上總要作大人。

Brothers, stop thinking like children. In regard to evil be infants, but in your thinking be adults.

與人相處,就算親朋好友之間,難免都會有些疙疙瘩瘩的,而孩童的純真與不記仇,給予我們一面反省的鏡子;每個人的心性,除了增強信任倚靠耶和華的心,也應當學習放下- 原諒,如同天父赦免我們的罪債般,去原諒他人的有意之過、無心之失.

希伯來書 Hebrew 11:6

6 人非有信、就不能得　神的喜悅．因為到　神面前來的人、必須信有神，且信祂賞賜那尋求祂的人。

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

今天,弟兄姐妹齊聚一堂,不要改變你們的信任,捨棄惡習,更不要存有傷害人的心,互相款待一如孩童般的真、善、美;也要秉持孩童的天性- 不疑不懼,相信眼前一切,好似前面所說:飛機上的小女孩,相信她父親,正如同我們相信天父般,在人生不斷增強的信任倚靠中,獲得天父豐厚獎賞的回報.

阿爾瑪書 Alma 17:68-69

６８　啊，我的孩子，記著，並在你年青的時代學習智慧；是的，要在你年青的時代學習遵守　神的誡命。並呼求　神給你一切的支持。

68 O remember my son, and learn wisdom in thy youth; yea, learn in thy youth to keep the commandments of God; yea, and cry unto God for all thy support;

６９　讓你所做的一切都歸於上主，無論你到那裏去，都應當在上主裏面；讓你的思想都對準著上主；讓你心中的愛情永遠放在上主身上。你所做的一切事都要與上主商量，他必指導你做有益之事；

69 Yea, let all thy doings be unto the Lord, and whithersoever thou goest, let it be in the Lord; yea, let thy thoughts be directed unto the Lord; yea, let the affections of thy heart be placed upon the Lord for ever; counsel the Lord in all thy doings, and he will direct thee for good:

一顆信任、倚靠的心,使我們在面對人生的試煉時,可以無所畏懼,勇往直前;可是在這之前,還有更重要的事要先做,那就是禱告,無論事情大小,無論事態輕重緩急,都可以先禱告,除了感謝恩賜,也能尋求指點迷津,更期待得到平安喜悅.
