上禮拜, 我們談到 " Parable " 寓言, 也約略提了幾個, 重要的是提到了聖經裡, 每每耶穌基督講到 寓言 時, 都會以 "the kingdom of heaven is like... 天國就像..." 這樣的敘述來做開場白; 今天, 再來討論其他的寓言, 以及寓言所要闡釋的道理, 究竟說的是甚麼?
我們先翻開馬太福音第十三章3--8節 Matthew 13:3-8
3 他用比喻對他們講許多道理、說、有一個撒種的出去撒種．
Then he told them many things in parables, saying: "A farmer went out to sow his seed.
4 撒的時候、有落在路旁的、飛鳥來喫盡了。
As he was scattering the seed, some fell along the path, and the birds came and ate it up.
(冥頑不靈 - 頑石型 -->根本聽都沒有聽到心裡去)
5 有落在土淺石頭地上的．土既不深、發苗最快．
Some fell on rocky places, where it did not have much soil. It sprang up quickly, because the soil was shallow.
(馬耳東風 - 心不在焉型-->左耳進, 右耳出)
6 日頭出來一曬、因為沒有根、就枯乾了。
But when the sun came up, the plants were scorched, and they withered because they had no root.
7 有落在荊棘裡的．荊棘長起來、把他擠住了。
Other seed fell among thorns, which grew up and choked the plants.
(雜務纏身 - 利慾薰心型--> 一切向"錢"看)
8 又有落在好土裡的、就結實、有一百倍的、有六十倍的、有三十倍的。
Still other seed fell on good soil, where it produced a crop--a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown.
(心領神會 - 喜受福音型--> 並做為新的撒種者)
馬太福音第十三章18--23節 Matthew 13:18-23 ( 解釋前面 3-8 節寓言的內容 )
18 所以你們當聽這撒種的比喻。
"Listen then to what the parable of the sower means:
19 凡聽見天國道理不明白的、那惡者就來、把所撒在他心裡的、奪了去．這就是撒在路旁的了。
When anyone hears the message about the kingdom and does not understand it, the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the seed sown along the path.
20 撒在石頭地上的、就是人聽了道、當下歡喜領受．
The one who received the seed that fell on rocky places is the man who hears the word and at once receives it with joy.
21 只因心裡沒有根、不過是暫時的．及至為道遭了患難、或是受了逼迫、立刻就跌倒了。
But since he has no root, he lasts only a short time. When trouble or persecution comes because of the word, he quickly falls away.
22 撒在荊棘裡的、就是人聽了道、後來有世上的思慮、錢財的迷惑、把道擠住了、不能結實。
The one who received the seed that fell among the thorns is the man who hears the word, but the worries of this life and the deceitfulness of wealth choke it, making it unfruitful.
23 撒在好地上的、就是人聽道明白了、後來結實、有一百倍的、有六十倍的、有三十倍的。
But the one who received the seed that fell on good soil is the man who hears the word and understands it. He produces a crop, yielding a hundred, sixty or thirty times what was sown."
那麼, A.冥頑不靈 - 頑石型 B.馬耳東風 - 心不在焉型 C.雜務纏身 - 利慾薰心型; 這些人沒法改變他們的想法嗎? 不! 不是的! 既然要傳播福音, 當一視同仁, 只要他們祈告神的諒宥(repent 懺悔), 而迷途羔羊, 終能改變並回歸到神的眷養之地--天國. 並期望有一天, 大家都是 心領神會 - 喜受福音型--> 並做為新的撒種者, 來幫助 ABC型. 也許一生, 僅有一次這麼短暫的時刻, 來傳播福音, 卻有可能因而改變某人的一輩子.
千萬不要小歔福音的力量.
馬太福音第十三章31--32節 Matthew 13:31-32 說:
31 他又設個比喻對他們說、天國好像一粒芥菜種、有人拿去種在田裡。
He told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field.
32 這原是百種裡最小的．等到長起來、卻比各樣的菜都大、且成了樹、天上的飛鳥來宿在他的枝上。
Though it is the smallest of all your seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and perch in its branches."
因為就算信心如一顆小小的芥菜種子, 深信的意念, 力量大到足以移動一座山, 誠如
馬太福音第十七章20節 Matthew 17:20 所說的:
20 耶穌說、是因你們的信心小．我實在告訴你們、你們若有信心像一粒芥菜種、就是對這座山說、你從這邊挪到那邊、他也必挪去．並且你們沒有一件不能作的事了。
He replied, "Because you have so little faith. I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you."
綜合以上所言, 你看出來耶穌基督的寓言, 是在傳遞甚麼訊息嗎? 我實在告訴你們, 那就是在闡釋天國的福音, 以及如何抵達天國的方式, 其中最最重要的就是 " Faith 信心 " 還有 "Repent 懺悔 " , 如此一來, 就算是 - 頑石 - 也會點頭喔.
