大家好,我是史蒂芬,之前我在Skype也跟大家見過好幾次面,很高興今天能由我來為大家服務;首先我想說的是,要把所有的讚美與榮耀,獻給我們的救世主耶穌基督,因為,由於祂為我們的救贖的犧牲奉獻,使我們得以經由祂,來找到通往永恆生命的道路.
我在這裡特別要提起Kemple夫婦 Sam & Charlene倆為老人家,交代我要跟大家請安,並鼓勵大家:這條永生的道路,將會越走越順的.
好了,我們來翻開穆爾曼經書,摩賽亞書:
摩賽亞書 Mosiah 2:13-17
１３ 相信 神；相信他的存在，相信創造了天上和地上的萬物。
13 Believe in God; believe that he is, and that he created all things both in heaven and in earth;
１４ 相信他具有天地間一切替慧和權力。
14 Believe that he has all wisdom, and all power, both in heaven and in earth; 15 Believe that man doth not comprehend all things which the Lord can comprehend.
１５ 相信世人不能領悟一切上主能領悟的事情。
15 Believe that man doth not comprehend all things which the Lord can comprehend.
１６ 還要相信你們必須悔改你們的罪，離棄你們的罪，在 神前謙抑你們自己；用虔誠的心祈求他饒恕你們。
16 And again: Believe that ye must repent of your sins and forsake them, and humble yourselves before God; and ask in sincerity of heart that he would forgive you:
１７ 現在，如果你們相信這一切，注意你們一定要做到。
17 And now, if you believe all these things, see that ye do them.
這裡開宗明義就講到,相信 神,同時也要相信祂所做的每一件事.我們必須相信世上萬物,都是由擁有至高權柄,權力無限的耶和華,所親自創作出來的,這就是最最重要的信念.
並且提到,我們都必須悔改我們的罪,除了放棄這些罪以外,還要禱告祈求上主的原諒,十七節裡特別說到,現在，如果你們相信這一切，注意你們一定要做到。(信任、悔改)同時在雅各書裡也有提到,我們不能單單只是看到、聽到這些話語而已,而是要起而行,遵照經書的文字敘述,忠心的遵照指示辦理.
這裡摩賽雅書所提到的悔改,我想指出在以賽亞書五十五章裡有特別的解釋,惡人當離棄自己的道路．不義的人當除掉自己的意念、歸向耶和華、耶和華就必憐恤他．當歸向我們的 神、因為 神必廣行赦免。
接下來,我們來看尼腓二書說什麼：
尼腓二書 2 Nephi 13:27-32
２７ 我心愛的弟兄們，在你們已走進這條窄而直的道路後，我要問是否一切都已做完了？
27 And now, my beloved brethren, after ye have gotten into this strait and narrow path, I would ask, if all is done?
２８ 我告訴你們，沒有；因為你們還沒有走得那麼遠，除非你們藉著基督的話語，和對他的不可動搖的信心，完全依靠著那位有極大拯救力量者的功勞。
28 Behold, I say unto you, Nay; for ye have not come thus far, save it were by the word of Christ, with unshaken faith in him, relying wholly upon the merits of him who is mighty to save;
２９ 因此，你們必須用對上主的堅定信心向前進，懷著一種十分光明的希望，以及對 神和對所人的愛心。
29 Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ, having a perfect brightness of hope, and a love of God and of all men.
３０ 因此，如果你們向前推進，以上主的話為樂事，並持守到底，父這樣說：你們必得到永生。
30 Wherefore, if ye shall press forward, feasting upon the word of Christ, and endure to the end, behold, thus saith the Father: Ye shall have eternal life.
３１ 我心愛的弟兄們，這就是那條道路；天底下決沒有任何別的道路和別的名字曾賜給過，使世人得藉以在 神國中得救。
31 And now behold, my beloved brethren, this is the way; and there is none other way nor name given under heaven, whereby man can be saved in the kingdom of God.
３２ 這就是基督的教義，也就是那原是一位的，父，子和聖靈的唯一而真實的教義，直到永遠。阿們。
32 And now behold, this is the doctrine of Christ, and the only and true doctrine of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, which is one God, without end. Amen.
在這裡特別指出,受洗禮和悔改是進入神的王國,最重要的第一步,也才能繼續往永恆生命的境界前進.所以,洗禮只是一切的開始,還有耶穌基督的誡命要遵行,直到永遠永遠.
同時,它也告訴我們,要喜悅的接受耶穌基督的話,因為都是對的、十分完美的話,可以時刻提醒、指引我們正確人生的方向.的確,經文裡字字珠璣,伴隨我們安然度過每一天.
尼腓三書 3 Nephi 5:39-41
３９ 我再對你們，你必須悔改，成為像小孩子一樣，並奉我的名受洗，否則們們就無法得到這些。
39 And again I say unto you, Ye must repent, and become as a little child, and be baptized in my name, or ye can in no wise receive these things.
４０ 我再對你們說，你們必須悔改，奉我的名受洗，並成為像小孩子一樣，否則你們就無法承受 神的國度。
40 And again I say unto you, Ye must repent, and be baptized in my name, and become as a little child, or ye can in nowise inherit the kingdom of God.
４１ 實實在在的，我對你們說，這就是我的教義；凡建立在上面的，就是建立在我的磐石上，地獄之門對他們必無勢力。
41 Verily, verily I say unto you, that this is my doctrine; and whoso buildeth upon this, buildeth upon my rock; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against them.
這裡談到的幾與尼腓二書的雷同,只是除了洗禮和悔改以外,還加強說明：我們都要有童稚的真心,也就是回歸謙卑的心,以及無限的對耶和華的信心.
試想家中若有幼童,他們從不會擔憂我們所準備的食物,是否清潔- 只煩惱好不好吃;因為他們知道這些,都是為人父母者都已過濾妥善,所以對父母投注完全的信任,以及不會懷疑的信心.這就是正如同我們對天上的父,所必須擁有- 完全的信任,以及不會懷疑的信心.因為祂對我們的照顧,只能以無微不至來形容.
相信倚靠耶和華,我們絕對可以成就任何事,所以,我們自己也該有良好的自我管理,就是倚靠耶和華,這絕對是件最正確的事,因祂為我們所安排的每一步,都可以免除我們遇到試煉時的焦躁不安,讓我們得以按部就班的克服試煉,成功走向永生的境界.
現在,我想分享一個見證：是個常在教會碰面的朋友,在他們五歲時所發生的真實事件.是有關兩個五歲小男孩,以及他們的寵物狗狗的事.
有一天,狗狗出了非常嚴重的車禍,父母告訴他們說,狗狗可能活不成了;他們回應父母說,狗狗會好起來的,只要我們用心為它禱告、祈求,耶穌基督會醫好它的.
看在父母眼裡的是,兩個擁有虔敬的信心,和無比信任的眼神;最後狗狗度過嚴重傷害的危機,終於活下來了,後來還又多活了幾年.
從這事,父母見證了小男孩對耶和華的信心,和完全的信任,終於使狗狗重新站起來.我們也需要對耶和華有同樣的信心,和完全的信任.
教義與聖約 Doctrine and Covenants 36:6d
[Sec 36:6d] 如果人有可能數得出地球的微粒，是的，以百萬計像這樣的地球，那還不是您的創造物的數量的開始；
[Sec 36:6d] And were it possible that man could number the particles of the earth, and millions of earths like this, it would not be a beginning to the number of your creations;
我想到另一個我自己的見證,分享給大家：大約在兩三年前的暑假,我們去爬一座山,屬於位在科羅拉多的洛磯山脈,那是我第一次的爬上高山,在山頂上,我見識到很多美不勝收、令人窒息、讚嘆的景緻.
當我站在山頂上,環顧著耶和華所創建的高山群落,極目眺望仍不見盡頭,我當下感覺到自己的渺小.也深深的讚嘆耶和華的神通廣大.我還記得就在那剎那間,聖靈似乎流竄在我的身心底深處,告訴我說,你怎能去懷疑創世主的奧妙編排?你又怎能面對這些,而絲毫不發出讚嘆,與表明對耶和華無上的信心?
對我來說,那真是一場非常奇妙的體驗,我想以此見證,來證明一個論點,就是我們真的都需要付出無比信任,來倚靠我們的救世主耶和華.
我們常在經文裡讀到,要愛你的鄰人,甚至是要愛你的敵人;同時我們也讀到要遠離驕傲,並在耶和華的面前謙卑自己.這些都是延伸自 神愛世人,非常重要的觀念.經文裡更明確的指出,我們為耶和華而做,或許可以有豐功偉業,可以名聲遠揚,可是沒有愛心為根源,那一切顯得都是沒有意義的.
哥林多前書 1 Corinthians 13:1-8
1 我若能說萬人的方言、並天使的話語、卻沒有愛、我就成了鳴的鑼、響的鈸一般。
If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
2 我若有先知講道之能、也明白各樣的奧秘、各樣的知識．而且有全備的信、叫我能彀移山、卻沒有愛、我就算不得甚麼。
If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.
3 我若將所有的賙濟窮人、又捨己身叫人焚燒、卻沒有愛、仍然與我無益。
If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames, but have not love, I gain nothing.
4 愛是恆久忍耐、又有恩慈．愛是不嫉妒．愛是不自誇．不張狂．
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5 不作害羞的事．不求自己的益處．不輕易發怒．不計算人的惡．
It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6 不喜歡不義．只喜歡真理．
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7 凡事包容．凡事相信．凡事盼望．凡事忍耐。
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8 愛是永不止息．
Love never fails.
稟承耶和華的旨意,我們可以有所作為,把所有成就用以榮耀、讚美祂;但是,如果我們心中少了愛這個元素,這一切的作為,所有的成就通通歸零,一文不值;甚至會被祂鄙棄.
摩羅乃書 Moroni 7:51-52
５１ 愛是忍耐持久，是仁慈，不忌妒，不自誇，不易被激怒，不動惡念，不在罪惡中快樂，卻在真理中快樂，凡事擔當，凡事相信，凡事希望，凡事忍酎。因此，我所愛的弟兄們，如果你們沒有博愛，你們就算不得甚麼，因為博愛是從不失敗的。
51 And charity suffereth long, and is kind, and envieth not, and is not puffed up, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil, and rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth, beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things; wherefore, my beloved brethren, if ye have not charity, ye are nothing, for charity never faileth.
５２ 因此，你們要牢守著博愛，那是一切事物中最偉大的，因為一切事物都必失敗；但博愛是基督純正的愛，這種愛持守到永遠；凡在末日被斷定具有博愛的，他的景況一定很好。
52 Wherefore, cleave unto charity, which is the greatest of all, for all things must fail; but charity is the pure love of Christ, and it endureth for ever; and whoso is found possessed of it at the last day, it shall be well with them.
我們來看看“愛”到底有多重要,耶穌基督一直在提醒我們,祂所做的每一件事,所說的每一句話裡,都必然包含“信心、希望、愛”這三個重要元素;而其中最最重要的元素,就是愛,也是耶穌基督的純真的愛.所以,少了愛為基礎的一切事務,在祂眼裡都無足輕重.
我們必須記住,全心全意的禱告,最終祈求的目的,就是要以愛為出發點.無論面對的是親朋好友,甚至於每一個碰到的人,我們都應一本初衷,展現我們的愛心.
教義與聖約 Doctrine and Covenants 16:3c-3d
[Sec 16:3c] 記住，在神眼中，靈魂的價值是大的；因為看啊，主，你們的救贖主，忍受了肉身的死亡；因此，祂忍受了全人類的痛苦，讓全人類可以悔改而歸向祂。
[Sec 16:3c] Remember the worth of souls is great in the sight of God; for, behold, the Lord your Redeemer suffered death in the flesh; wherefore he suffered the pain of all men, that all men might repent and come unto him.
[Sec 16:3d] 而且祂已從死裡復活，使祂能帶領全人類在悔改的條件下歸向祂。
[Sec 16:3d] And he hath risen again from the dead, that he might bring all men unto him on conditions of repentance.
在耶和華的心中,看重每一個生命體,並且希望每一個生命體,都能獲得永恆生命的機會,一個也不漏失.就像是D&C裡面所說的,祂會帶領大家跨越肉體的生命,並轉而追求、獲得永恆的生命.
阿爾瑪書 Alma 15:61-62
６１ 這就是我的榮耀，也許我能成為 神手中的工具，誘導一些靈魂悔改；就是我的快樂。
61 Yea, and this is my glory, that perhaps I may be an instrument in the hands of God, to bring some soul to repentance; and this is my joy.
６２ 當我看到我許多弟兄們真正懺悔而歸向上主他們的 神，我的靈充就充滿快樂；我就記起上主為我所做的事，甚至他已聽到我的禱告；是的，我就記起他伸向我的慈悲手臂。
62 And behold, when I see many of my brethren truly penitent, and coming to the Lord their God, then is my soul filled with joy; then do I remember what the Lord has done for me; yea, even that he hath heard my prayer; yea, then do I remember his merciful arm which he extended towards me;
我們在經文中,得到真正的喜悅,也要把這樣的見證,在日常生活中,分享給大家,並帶領他們認識、親近耶和華.讓人們知道,耶和華給予我們的恩慈,是讓我們有獲得永恆生命的機會.
所以說,無論在上班、上課或任何場合,我們需要用心的為耶穌基督做見證.只要有機會,我們就必須向人們推薦耶穌基督,不管是用演說,或是以實際行動,都要清楚表明我們收受來自耶穌基督的愛,並且不吝惜的分享給每一個所接觸到的人.
至於面對不理性的人,粗魯的舉止,我們都要選擇原諒;因為 神寬恕了我們的罪,我們也當免了別人的罪.這樣一來,才能為自己創造獲取永恆生命的機會.
結束之前,容我再次的提醒各位,要在日常生活的每一天,認真的悔改與做為耶和華的見證,與其同時,莫忘了愛心,並以愛心推展,讓親朋好友都能認識、親近耶穌基督,確實是當務之急且相當重要的一件事.
我們要記得,耶穌基督為我們犧牲在十字架上的救贖之恩澤,並且探詢永恆生命的途徑無他,唯有經由耶穌基督、我們的救世主,才能一窺永恆生命的堂奧與獲得永生的契機.
耶穌基督死而復活的事實,就是我們面對永恆生命的最佳寫照;
感謝、讚美耶穌基督為我們所做的一切.
